Refund policy

For ebooks and audiobooks, there will be no refunds given, as these are instantly processed and downloadable.

Exceptions will be made for duplicate digital items purchased within 48 hours of the initial purchase. You must notify us within 30 days of the initial order.

Otherwise there will be no refunds for ebooks and audiobooks.

For print books, if you receive a damaged or defective print book, or your order failed to arrive, a replacement order—with free shipping—or a refund will be provided if you notify us within 30 days of your order's shipping date. For damaged or defective print books, we will require a photograph of the damaged or defective product.
